At LUXE Bidet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused bidet and all original components back into the original packaging to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
